Healthcare outwith Orkney Survey 

Over the coming weeks we will be reaching out to a sample of those who have travelled to different hospitals and health centres to receive healthcare to ask more about their experience. Completing the survey will be optional however we’d really appreciate any and all feedback whether positive or room for improvement.

We’d like to take this time to also remind you of the opportunity to ask. When you are appointed by a different health board, for example, NHS Grampian, you can always call the department on the letter and ask whether your appointment can be via Near Me instead. We continue to work with NHS Grampian for Near Me appointments to be the default option but this will take some time to implement. Of course, there will still be occasions when clinicians need to see someone face-to-face.
