Looking after our community and providing excellent care

No shame in saying 'I'm not fine'

Local folk are being encouraged to seek support when they are feeling low and struggling with their mental health.

It forms part of the “No Shame” campaign, which was launched last year, and saw people from all walks of life come together to support the message that there is no shame in saying “I’m not fine”.

Around 1 in 4 of us will struggle with our mental health during our lives and the campaign aims to highlight the range of free, confidential support available when you are feeling vulnerable.

If you or someone you know could benefit from some advice or even a chance to talk things through, then please consider contacting one of the groups listed on the accompanying poster.
