Orkney Health Board Endowment Funds Charter

This Charter provides the overall terms of reference for the charity, and the Trustees will uphold its requirements in the governance and management of the charity’s business.

The purposes of the charity are: The advancement of health, through Improvement in the physical and mental health of the Board’s population Effective prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness Provision of services and facilities in connection to the above Research into any matters relating to the causation, prevention, diagnosis or treatment of illness, or into such other matters relating to the health service as the Trustees see fit Provision of education and development
