Damian has 35 years of experience, starting with the MOD and a number or roles within the private sector. For the last 20 years he has worked within Government health (Monitor, a regional NHS board and within NHS acute and community services). Damian qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1996. He has an MBA from Bayes University and is qualified as a Chartered Secretary with the Chartered Governance Institute. His most recent role involved working for East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, supporting finance, procurement and digital, supporting pathology and radiology across Sussex and supporting an MSK Joint Venture with Horder Healthcare.
Damian enjoys walking, has joined the Orkney bridge club and is looking forward to experiencing life in Scotland.
