Steven Phillips took on the role of interim Director of People and Culture in September 2026. He most recently served as Head of People and Culture at NHS Orkney, a role he has held since 2022. He joined NHS Orkney in 2020 and, prior to that, had a successful career in HR roles within the private sector.
Steven is a keen runner and can often be seen on the streets of Kirkwall early in the morning.
