Changes to Outpatient appointments for Allied Health Profession (AHP) Services

In line with guidance from Scottish Government to delay the transmission of COVID-19 we have made changes to the ways in which we deliver outpatient appointments for Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Speech and Language, Podiatry and Occupational Therapy services.

We are working together to change the way services are delivered by using more telephone appointments, Video conferencing using ‘NearMe’ and self-help information to ensure you are given the care you need.

If you do need to be seen Face to Face you will be contacted before the appointment to ensure you are well enough for the consultation and to ascertain if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or are self-isolating.
