Audiology Services Update - February 2021

Limited Audiology services are now available.

Hearing aid batteries continue to be available from Central Reception and from the usual GP outlets: North Ronaldsay, Westray, Stronsay, Sanday, Rousay, Shapinsay, Hoy, South Ronaldsay, Stromness and Dounby. Batteries can be requested to be sent by post - contact by phone or e-mail.

Spare parts for aids can be requested by phone or e-mail.

Hearing aids in need of repair can be handed in at Central Reception or posted in to the Balfour. Once repaired these can be returned by collection or post as requested.

The audiologist is available to answer queries and discuss problems - contact by phone or e-mail.
