NHS Orkney Gender Pay Gap Report 2023

The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Regulations 2012 came into force on 27th May 2012. The Regulations included a number of measures to monitor how well public bodies are meeting their equality duties. This is the Equal Pay Report and assesses how well NHS Orkney is meeting its legal duty to pay staff fairly.
