The purpose of this annual report is to highlight NHS Orkney’s purchasing activities and to allow us to record and publicise our performance and achievements in delivering our procurement strategy. This report allows us to demonstrate to our stakeholders that our procurement spend is being used to support the Health Board corporate aims (Plan on a Page 2023/24 ).
